Shipping Charges

All our orders are processed via Royal Mail. For international orders, your order is passed over to the postal system in your country and is usually delivered straight to your door with your daily post.

Dispatch Times
Items are dispatched within 48 hours from the date of order with the majority of orders dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability. You will receive an email notification when your order is dispatched.

In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock, we will notify you by email within 24 hours and offer you either a full refund or allow you to exchange your order for any other available product to the same value.

Please ensure you provide us with the correct delivery address, making sure that the post code or zip code is correct. We are unable to change the delivery address once your order has been dispatched.

UK Orders
Delivery within the UK is via First Class Mail.

Please allow 3 -5 days from the date of dispatch although most items do arrive within 1-2 days.

If no-one is at home to take the parcel, a card will be left asking you to contact your Royal Mail Sorting Office to arrange re-delivery. Please ensure prompt action is taken as items are kept by the sorting office for a limited time only before being sent back to the sender. In this case, delivery charges will have to be paid again before the order can be re-sent.

International Orders
All international orders are shipped via Royal Mail Airmail.
Royal Mail's delivery aims for the international services we use are as follows:

Western Europe: 3 to 5 working days
Rest of Europe: 4 to 10 working days
Rest of World: 7 to 14 working days

Please note that these times are given as guidelines only and we cannot guarantee international delivery times. Please allow 28 days from the date of dispatch.

Returns

Faulty items: We take great care in checking all items before dispatch. In the unlikely event that an incorrect or faulty item is sent, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to rectify the error.

Unwanted Items: We want you to be happy with your purchase. But if for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return any item within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund (excluding original postage costs), providing it is returned as sold, unused and in original packaging.

Hijabs which are marked/stained with make-up and or smelling of perfume/odours will not be accepted.

Before returning an item to us, you must obtain a returns authorisation number using the Contact Us page. This will help us to speedily process your return.

Please ensure a note with your name, address, invoice number and the items being returned are included with the parcel. We will refund your credit/debit card once we have received and processed the item (please allow up to 14 days). Please note that you are responsible for ensuring that the item is returned to us safely and undamaged. It is advised that returns are sent via trackable (recorded) means.

International Returns: It is important that you make a note on the packet's customs note that the product contained within is an item you are returning to the UK. Failure to do so will mean that we may have to pay customs duty and this will be deducted from your refund, regardless of whether or not the item was faulty.
