All our orders are processed via Royal Mail. For international orders, your order is passed over to the postal system in your country and is usually delivered to your door with your daily post.

If you are not in when delivery is attempted, a card will be left, asking you to arrange re-delivery.

Where delivery is via a courier, such as Fed Ex/DHL, you will be emailed with the tracking info so you can keep track of your parcel.
