Delivery Charges

Our delivery costs remain fixed, no matter how large your order.

Delivery within the UK: £1.99

Delivery to Europe: £2.99

Delivery to Rest of World: £4.99

If you are unsure as to which category you fall in, you can find out by adding an item to the basket and on the following page, scroll down to the box labelled Calculate Your Shipping Costs. Select your country from the dropdown box, press update and the postage costs will be clearly displayed.

Items may arrive in more than one parcel.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide and welcome international buyers. If our system indicates that we cannot deliver to your location please contact us anyway as it may still be possible to arrange shipping for you.

Please be aware of your country's policy with regards to import taxes and duties as you shall be responsible for paying these on receipt if applicable.

Delivery Times

Items are dispatched within 48 hours from the date of order with the majority of orders dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability. You will receive an email notification when your order is dispatched.

In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock, we will notify you by email within 24 hours and offer you either a full refund or allow you to exchange your order for any other available product to the same value.

UK Orders

Delivery within the UK is via First Class Mail.

Please allow 3 -5 days from the date of dispatch although most items do arrive within 1-3 days. If an item is required sooner, please choose dispatch via Special Delivery Next Day during checkout. Please note Special Delivery is not available for weekends and Bank Holidays.

UK Next Day Delivery

Orders received and cleared before 2pm Monday to Thursday will be delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery the next working day. Orders placed before 2pm on Friday will be delivered the next working day, which will be after the weekend on the Monday. If you place your order after Friday 2pm, it will be processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 1 working day subject to product availability and clearance of payment. Please note that there are some areas within the UK where we cannot guarantee delivery before 1pm the next day, as detailed below.

We deliver within two working days by 5.30pm to the following islands: GY1 Herm only (Channel Islands); GY9 Sark (Channel Islands); HS2 Lewis; PA61 Colonsay; PA62-75 Mull; PA78 Coll; ZE2-3 Shetlands

We deliver within three working days by 5.30pm to the following islands: KW16-17 Orkney; PH30 Corrour; PH41 Mallaig; PH42 Eigg & Kuck; PH43-44 Rhum & Canna

Please note Special Delivery is not available for weekends and Bank/Public Holidays.

Parcels will need to be signed for in person so please state delivery address as an address where you will be present at the time of delivery (home or work).

If no-one is at home to take the parcel, a card will be left asking you to contact your Royal Mail Sorting Office to arrange re-delivery. Please ensure prompt action is taken as items are kept by the sorting office for a limited time only before being sent back to the sender. In this case, delivery charges will have to be paid again before the order can be re-sent.

Overseas Orders

All overseas orders are shipped via Royal Mail Airmail.

Royal Mail's delivery aims for the overseas services we use are as follows:

Western Europe: 3 to 5 working days

Rest of Europe: 3 to 7 working days

Rest of World: 7 to 14 working days

Please note that these times are given as guidelines only and we cannot guarantee international delivery times. Please allow 28 days from the date of dispatch.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Faulty items: We take great care in checking all items before dispatch. In the unlikely event that an incorrect or faulty item is sent, please contact us via email at help@hijabstoreonline.com within 24 hours of receipt to rectify the error.

Unwanted Items: We want you to be happy with your purchase. But if for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return any item within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund (excluding P&P), providing it is returned as sold, unused and in original packaging. 

Hijabs which are marked/stained with make-up and or smelling of perfume will not be accepted.

Before returning an item to us, you must obtain a returns authorisation number via email to help@hijabstoreonline.com. This will help us to speedily process your return.

Please ensure a note with your name, address, invoice number and the items being returned are included with the parcel. We will refund your credit/debit card once we have received and processed the item (please allow up to 14 days).

Please note that you are responsible for ensuring that the item is returned to us safely and undamaged. If products are received by us in an unsatisfactory condition, they shall be returned to you and a charge made to cover additional postage costs.

International Returns: It is essential that you make a note on the packet's customs note that the product contained within is an item you are returning to the UK. Failure to do so will mean that we may have to pay customs duty and this will be deducted from your refund, regardless of whether or not the item was faulty.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your order with some other items or another colour available, we will be glad to assist you although the postage costs for the second order would have to be paid before dispatch and the original order returned.
